Dow Bay Area Family YMCA – Family Center
The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA in partnership with Renue Physical Therapy is proud to bring you a Senior Lunch & Learn Health Series!
Those aged 60+ are welcome to join us for a $5 lunch and educational health seminar to help you to stay active, healthy and feeling your best.
Roland Leonora has been practicing physical therapy and helping people stay active and live well as they age since 1988.
Back pain can make it hard to enjoy the activities you live, but discomfort isn’t something you simply have to live with. Join Roland for an informative discussion on common causes of back pain, how posture and movement affect your spine, and simple strategies to move more comfortably and avoid injury.
You’ll also learn about scoliosis and how it can affect adults, including when specialized approaches like the Schroth Method may be helpful. Leave with practical tips to support a healthy spine, improve movement, and stay active for years to come.
Do you love to play games? Then join other like-minded players at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA’s first ever Game Club!
The club starts Thursday, September 24th at 10:30 AM in the Cafe. Every Thursday.
Make friends, chat, and game on!
