Equinox Yoga Flow
Join us in celebration of the upcoming Equinox, where twice a year the day and night are of equal length. Our asanas (poses) will reflect this balance through both grounded and standing postures including Sun Salutations.
Tsunami HIIT
Returning by popular demand, our Tsunami workout will make you sweat! Tsunami incorporates HIIT combined with the added challenge of balancing on an instable board. Jumping into the water below to cool off afterward is a great start to the morning.
Introduction to Yin
This Introduction to Yin flow is great for those trying out this variation of Yoga. Yin involves holding poses between 1-5 minutes for the body to fully sink into the stretch and also gain strength benefits by working the opposing muscle group(s).
Be ready to use the breath as a guide as we fully invest into asanas such as Child’s Pose, Lizard, Sleeping Pigeon, Banana, and Half or Full Splits.

Ai Chi is an aquatic exercise method inspired by Tai Chi and Qigong, performed in water to enhance relaxation and body awareness. It emphasizes active relaxation, postural control, and coordinated breathing, making it suitable for both wellness and therapeutic purposes.
