Our members are made up of people who belong to more than just a gym, they’re a community that encourages and supports one another.

Each month, we recognize one member who stands out from the rest! Our Member of the Month lives within the Y’s Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Overall, he or she contributes to the culture of our Y and helps us carry out our mission.

What I love about the Y is being able to be a part of something contributes positively to the city I’m from, while also tending to my personal self-care.

Financial AsSistance Programs

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
