Yoga – Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is a great way to start your summer morning. Join us for a breath-based practice and a slow, grounding flow around the BOGAFIT. Enjoy the benefits of the waves beneath your board and recenter yourself with a final guided meditation.
Yoga – Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a great way to start your summer morning. Join us for a full body warm up and continual flow through foundational yoga poses. Be ready for an added challenge when holding rooted postures such as mountain, chair, and Warrior 1 and 2.
Modifications will be given so all can enjoy the benefits of yoga! We highly recommend having some familiarity in yoga and asana (posture) names.
Tsunami HIIT
Returning by popular demand, our Tsunami workout will make you sweat! Tsunami incorporates HIIT and Pilates combined with the added challenge of balancing on an unstable board. Jumping into the water below to cool off afterward is a great start to the morning.
Kidzone will be closed May 26th–30th in order to set up its new location for the summer.

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
There is a reduced joining fee. $25 for Youth/Teen, $25 for Adult, and $50 for Household memberships.
