Volunteer At the Y

As a Y volunteer, you can coach a basketball team, help out at a special event, or simply serve as a role model for young people.

No matter how you devote your time, you’ll be working with other volunteers and Y professionals to make a difference in the lives of children and families in your community.

Sun Meals To-Go

RURAL NON-CONGREGATE (7 breakfasts & 7 lunches)

Thursdays from 4:30 PM-5:30 PM

For children 18 years old and under. Parents and guardians can pick up one bag per child in their care.

Financial AsSistance Programs

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.

There is a reduced joining fee. $25 for Youth/Teen, $25 for Adult, and $50 for Household memberships.
