About the Joining Fee: our one-time joining fee is used for our endowment fund, to ensure, protect, and maintain this building for the future of this Y. For our continuous members, it is our pledge to only charge this joining fee once during initial sign-up. This joining fee has the ability to be split over the first three months for those who pay through EFT.

Fair Share Benefit Program
Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA’s Annual “Strong Community” Giving Campaign, the United Way, community-wide donors, and foundations.
