No membership or day pass is required to use this beautiful space. We hope you value and enjoy it!
To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at the park, and to ensure the community can enjoy this park for years to come, the Y has established some policies and rules for this space.
Firearms or weapons of any kind are not allowed on YMCA property.
No animals allowed except trained service animals.
No alcohol or controlled substances.
The use of tobacco or e-cigarettes are not permitted on YMCA property.
Motorized scooters and motorbikes are prohibited in Uptown Park.
The use of roller blades, bikes, or skateboards are not permitted in the park.
The YMCA does not provide any sports equipment for this park.
Help us keep this park clean by throwing any garbage away.
Adult supervision is required for all children while using this park.

Uptown Park is private property belonging to the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA. However, this park is available for public use. No membership is needed to enjoy this space.
This park is under 24/7 surveillance. Vandalism and destruction of property will result in loss of YMCA property access and will be reported to Bay City Public Safety.
The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA reserves the right to close parts of Uptown Park for various programs.
YMCA is not liable for any damages or responsible for any theft or damage to personal belongings.

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
