HAVE YOUR PARTY AT THE Y! PARTY RENTALS Do you have a larger group or special event and would like to rent out a room? This is a great option for birthday parties, school groups, church groups, meetings, etc. Party Requests Pool Guidelines Birthday Parties PARTY TIME PARTY ONLY SWIM TIME 12:00 PM–3:00 PM 12:00 PM–1:00 PM Open swim for all starts at 1:00 PM. All party swimmers should arrive ready to swim. Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays. This package includes the use of our Family Center or Pool Lounge for 3 hours and the pool for 1 hour during that time. The pool will include the use of the water slide and splash features. We provide table and chair set-up/take-down. Please bring your own cake, ice cream, food, drinks, paper products, and decorations. You are responsible for clean up. Half of the party fee is required to hold your date. This fee includes YMCA certified staff, sports equipment, swimming pool, spa, and other miscellaneous amenities. Full night rentals run 10:00pm–5:00am. The swimming pool will be open for your group 11:00pm–1:00am. Half night rentals are also available for up to 4 hours. A fifty percent down payment is required to hold your date, along with a $200 refundable security deposit. The water slide can be turned on for an additional fee. Located in our Uptown Park, across from the YMCA, it’s the perfect place to hold your next family reunion, graduation party, birthday party, etc.The pavilion at the YMCA Uptown Park is reserved on a first come first serve basis and is available to rent seven days a week! Restrooms are located inside the Y.
