DOW BAY AREA FAMILY YMCA JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Lead Preschool Teacher Primary Work Location: YMCA Childcare Center @ First Presbyterian Church, 805 Center Ave, Bay City *May also be needed to occasionally work at Dow Bay Area Family YMCA Childcare Center location at 225 Washington Ave, Bay City 48708 Reports to: Director of Early Childhood Status: Full-time /Hourly (40 hours per week)/Eligible for full time employee benefits package/FREE YMCA Household Membership POSITION SUMMARY:  This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Financial AsSistance Programs

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
