The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA in partnership with Renue Physical Therapy is proud to bring you a Senior Lunch & Learn Health Series!
Those aged 60+ are welcome to join us for a $5 lunch and educational health seminar to help you to stay active, healthy and feeling your best.
With nearly four decades of experience as an OT and over 25 years as a Certified Hand Therapist, Christine Clements specializes in helping people find real relief from hand and wrist pain, injuries, and dysfunction.
If arthritis is making daily tasks more difficult, you’re not alone. The good news is that there are effective, non-surgical options that can improve comfort, strength, and function.
Join us to discover joint-protection techniques, helpful tools, exercies, and treatment options that can help you stay independent and get back to your favorite activities.
YMCA Facility Update
We’re happy to share that the Y will resume normal hours January 30th at 5:00 AM. Our 24/7 Fitness area will reopen , January 29th at 9:00 PM.
Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
There is a reduced joining fee. $25 for Youth/Teen, $25 for Adult, and $50 for Household memberships.
