Pop Up Classes

Sound Bath & Deep Relaxation

Experience an hour of deep rest and renewal through a guided sound bath. This class uses crystal singing bowls, a sea drum, tuning forks, and gentle wind chimes to create soothing sound waves that support relaxation and stress relief.

Participants are guided into a comfortable resting position while the sounds wash over the body, helping to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote a sense of balance and well-being.

No prior experience is needed.

Please bring a yoga mat and any props such as blankets or pillows to stay comfortable during this deeply restorative experience.

Registration opens up 1 week before each session in Group Ex Pro.

Power of Two Ride

Cycle & Strength Interval Class

Power up this Valentine’s season with a 30-minute Duo Cycling & Strength class!
Sunday, February 15th
9:30 AM–10:30 AM
Participants will work through a fast-paced, team-driven interval ride on the bike, combined with off-the-bike strength moves for a total-body workout. For extra fun, wear red, pink, or Valentine’s-themed gear. Located in the Lower Level Studio.
 
Bring a friend, family member, or workout partner and let’s move together!

Financial AsSistance Programs

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.

There is a reduced joining fee. $25 for Youth/Teen, $25 for Adult, and $50 for Household memberships.
