Power Yoga is an energizing and exhilarating experience where traditional yoga poses are combined with athletic principles to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow yoga is a mix of asana postures that flow more steadily from one into the next. The class will run an eclectic music list that’s sure to keep you vibing high. Sometimes the tempo of this class will leave you with a mild sweat but also a clear mind.

Gentle Flow Yoga
This form of yoga focuses on build strength as well as flexibility through stretching, breathing, and relaxation. A class of postures performed at a quicker pace than gentle yoga. You may work up a little heat while you stretch your mind and body.This form of yoga is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
