Free Spin Classes

Due to limited space and equipment, we do require all participants to sign up for all Spinning and Spin & Sculpt classes in order to reserve a seat on a spin bike. Please visit the Member Service Desk at least one (1) hour before the beginning of your desired class in order to sign up.* Max of 20 people per class may sign up.

To access the new Lower Level Spin Space, please scan in at the Member Service Desk as usual. Board the elevator about 15 minutes before the start of class and select the “L” button for “Lower Level.” Our members and guests will only have access to the Lower Level directly before and during class.

*If the class begins less than one hour before the YMCA opens, you may sign up for that class upon the opening of the building.


This 45 minute long ride provides a great cardio workout designed to challenge you by incorporating hills, climbs, sprints, and standing climbs. Get your day or night started with this energetic and heart healthy workout. All fitness levels welcome.  20 Person Max – 13 yrs+

This class is divided into two different segments. The first half hour will consist of SPINNING designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and burn calories. The second half hour will consist of a total body workout that will strengthen the core and improve overall strength.  20 Person Max – 13 yrs+
