All Spinning and Spin & Sculpt classes will be taking place in the Aerobics Studio until the Lower Level is complete. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Due to limited space and equipment, we do require all participants to sign up for all Spinning and Spin & Sculpt classes in order to reserve a seat on a spin bike. Please visit the Member Service Desk at least one (1) hour before the beginning of your desired class in order to sign up.* Max of 20 people per class may sign up.
*If the class begins less than one hour before the YMCA opens, you may sign up for that class upon the opening of the building.
This 45 minute long ride provides a great cardio workout designed to challenge you by incorporating hills, climbs, sprints, and standing climbs. Get your day or night started with this energetic and heart healthy workout. All fitness levels welcome. 10 Person Max – 13 yrs+

SPIN AND SCULPT
This class is divided into two different segments. The first half hour will consist of SPINNING designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and burn calories. The second half hour will consist of a total body workout that will strengthen the core and improve overall strength. 10 Person Max – 13 yrs+
