This full hour ride provides a great cardio workout designed to challenge you by incorporating hills, climbs, sprints, and standing climbs. Get your day or night started with this energetic and heart healthy workout. All fitness levels welcome.  10 Person Max – 13 yrs+

SPIN AND SCULPT

This class is divided into two different segments. The first half hour will consist of SPINNING designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and burn calories. The second half hour will consist of a total body workout that will strengthen the core and improve overall strength.  10 Person Max – 13 yrs+
