We are passionate about providing you quality, heart-pumping exercise classes for those of you just starting your fitness journey, to novice and expert athletes. We are here for Healthy Living for ALL.

Our Group Exercise classes are an added benefit to our YMCA members. Further along this page is our Group exercise schedule.

Aquatic Exercise classes are also free to attend for our members and available Monday through Friday.

How to Use the Reservation System For Spin Class

  1. To make a reservation, please enter your information in all available fields below.  These fields are linked to our active membership database.
  2. Once all information is entered, the member scheduler will appear!  You can look ahead at the week to see Spin classes available.  You can search by date, class, or instructor.
  3. Once you find the option you want, click Book! You will then receive a message that you will be receiving a confirmation email, and the site will ask if you would like to book more appointments.
  4. If you need to cancel your appointment, please log into the reservation system below and select the “My Appointments” tab to manage your booked appointments.

 

Fitness Roulette

Fitness Roulette is an exercise class designed for people that like to switch up their routine! This is a fast paced intermediate to advanced class and you can expect to be kept on your toes! Each week we will pick a new workout for the following week and you can expect it to be anything along the lines of : HIIT, Kettle-bell work, a deck of cards workout, booty boot camp, Cross-fit, you name it! Come to WORK and ready to have FUN!

AOA - Range of Motion

This class is specifically designed for older adults who would like to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance, and coordination as well as improve overall health.

A great way to meet new people and socialize.

Breakfast Club Boot Camp

Rise and shine, it’s workout time! Get your day started with a serving of plyometrics, cardio, and full body strength training exercises served with a side of core.

Enhance Fitness

This group exercise program helps older adults at all levels of fitness to become more active, energized, and able to maintain their independence. Each one hour class focuses on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility. Enhance Fitness® is an evidence-based program proven to increase strength, boost activity levels, and elevate mood.

Guts and Glutes

Exercises will target your entire core and lower body. Come tone your hips, thighs, glutes, and get abdominally toned! Exercises may focus on other muscle groups as well for variety.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Interval training has been proven to be an effective method to improve cardiovascular conditioning and burn fat. Periods of intense aerobic activity are interspersed with brief rest periods. In all HIIT classes Cardio, strength and ab intervals will be thrown in and mixed up each week to keep your body on its toes. Each muscle group is worked to fatigue using a circuit format that incorporates cardiovascular segments to keep the heart rate elevated. Weight can be adjusted for various fitness levels and modifications will be shown for cardiovascular segments.

Low Intensity Training (L.I.T)

Experience a strength and cardio workout without the major strain on our muscles and joints. So, whether you are injured, recovering from an injury, prefer to go easy on your joints, want to improve alignment and balance, or take a break from your regular routine– this is the class for you!

Rhythmic Cycling

Bust a move to the music with a choreographed cycle, upbeat music, and weights. This high-intensity class will leave you sweating! Come back it out if you are looking for a LA-style ride.

Spin & Sculpt

Spin and Sculpt is a 30-45 minute ride with toning to mix up your cycling routine. It provides a way to sculpt your body while breaking a sweat with an exciting mixture of resistance training and cardio. Make sure to reserve your spot as spots are limited!

Spin Express is a 45 minute class where you will climb mountains, spin the flats, and sprint to the finish! You’ll feel the thrill of energetic music, burn calories, and start your week off on the right note.

Tai Ji (Chi) has been practiced in China for centuries for health, meditation, and as a martial art. Research has shown that this Tai Ji program can help reduce the effects of arthritis, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system and the heart.

TRX Bootcamp

TRX, also known as suspension training, is designed to increase overall strength while engaging the core muscles throughout the entire workout. Increase your endurance while also enhancing total body stability and mobility. TRX is fun, challenging, and geared towards all fitness levels. Ages 13+

TRX- Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses your body weight to develop and increase your strength, core stability, and balance simultaneously. This interval based class will keep the heart rate elevated while transitions between cardio and strength moves.

Yoga

Inspired by Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices, this class incorporates some rhythmic movement along with breath, while focusing on an awareness of the body’s sensations and use of proper bodily alignment. Students are individually challenged in sun salutations, peak poses, and deep stretches – all with the intention of cultivating a deeper acceptance, awareness, and balance in both mind and body.
