The main purpose of this cookbook is to bring the YMCA community together, share our favorite recipes, and maybe even capture the stories and photos behind them. It’s a fun way for our members to connect and will also help raise money for the YMCA Senior Advantage Program so we can keep offering discounts to our senior members ages 65+.
Please limit your submissions to one category per person and include your name and phone number.
Mark recipes as low sugar, low salt, heart healthy, gluten free, dairy free, etc.
With your recipe, feel free to put your own “Y spin on it” and include stories, photos, tips, or creative ways to connect your submission to your favorite Y activity (example: Pickleball Pound Cake).

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
