While we hope that our employees and volunteers feel that they can openly communicate any concerns, complaints, or grievances directly to someone in the organization, we understand that doing so can often be difficult. Because it is important to us that everyone be able to share their concerns, we provide the following mechanisms through which you can make an anonymous report:

Monday – Thursday
5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday
5:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for this program is provided by fundraising events at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA and community-wide donors.
