Bio

I have struggled with weight problems most of my life. Which lead to my passion in fitness and training. 11 years ago I went through my own weight loss journey of losing 77lbs.

I fell in love with strength training and the feeling of completing what everyone said I couldn’t do. This gave me my positivity, confidence and purpose in life back. Shortly after this I enrolled at SVSU and started teaching group exercise, working fitness front desks, and personal training for a total
of 5 years.

I took a small break. I went through another weight loss journey after pregnancy. It was not easy being a new mom and working in law enforcement at the time. I am a mom of a happy 2 year old girl who loves to try and get her workout in with me ;).

I love helping others discover their strength, confidence, and being apart of the journey in reaching their goals. I am more than excited to be apart of this again! I will motivate you, push you, and help you discover what you thought you “couldn’t” do. I want to help you build new habits and find what works best for you.

Exercise does not have to be punishment. I love helping clients find what they love to do to stay active and healthy! I want to
help you succeed in building habits that you can use for a lifetime!
