Vendor Rules

• If you are a direct-seller (Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.) contact Joslyn Jamrog at jjamrog@ymcabaycity.org prior to purchasing your table to avoid duplicates.
• No sale of recalled items or car seats allowed.
• Please ensure your clothing is clean
• Price all of your items or clearly indicate how much your items are.
• It is important to bring change, we will not be able to provide it.
• The Y is not responsible for lost items, it is recommended that you cover your items on Saturday overnight.
• You must remain at the table at all times, no children can operate your table.
• The space you have is the space that a 6ft table takes up. If you need additional space, please purchase an additional table, even if you don’t need a table.
• Limit two to three people per table
• No items of violent nature, weapons, sexual, controlled substance, food or beverage allowed to be sold
• No early tear-down. Tables must remain set up until the event is closed.

Setup Times

• You will be given a set up time a week prior to the event. Set up will be Saturday evening between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• The sale will take place in the gym, on the second floor. Don’t worry, we have an elevator! You must bring your own cart to haul items. We have a few, but not enough to accommodate everyone.
• Doors will open for the sale promptly at 11:00 AM on Sunday morning.
