No more Neck Aches

Friday, March 13th at 11:30 AM

Dow Bay Area Family YMCA – Family Center

The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA in partnership with Renue Physical Therapy is proud to bring you a Senior Lunch & Learn Health Series!

Those aged 60+ are welcome to join us for a $5 lunch and educational health seminar to help you to stay active, healthy and feeling your best.

Hosted by Renue Physical Therapy
PRESENTED BY:
KRISTEN RICE, PT, DPT

Dr. Kristen Rice has been practicing PT and helping people live well as they age since 2009.

Neck pain can feel limiting, whether it’s from poor posture, stress, or an injury. It can keep you from enjoying your daily activities and prevent you from feeling your best.

In this workshop, Kristen Rice, PT, DPT, will explain the root causes of neck pain and share practical solutions to relieve tension, improve mobility, and prevent pain.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic stiffness or occasional flare-ups, this session will give you the tools to move better and feel your best. A Q&A session will follow the presentation, so come with your questions!
