All of the Aquatic Exercise classes are free for Y-members! All community members and drop-ins will need to pay a small fee to participate. See the front desk or register online here to do so.

Adaptive Aquatic Exercise

Adapted Aquatics Exercise utilizes techniques to help improve fine motor skills, flexibility, balance, and strength.

Senior Splash

Senior Splash provides a gentle, low impact workout that is challenging and effective, giving you the benefits of both aerobic exercise and strength training. The program is perfect for those who are older, overweight, or have medical concerns such as arthritis or osteoporosis.

Waterworks

Waterworks is a low-impact workout that is fun, challenging, and effective. It gives you the benefits of both aerobic exercise and strength training. This class utilizes dumbbells, kick boards, and is taught in the Exercise Pool.

Tsunami Swim

This class takes place on the water mats as well as in the lap pool. Between each core/cardio exercise, participants will swim laps.
