Bio

Being healthy and staying active has always been a priority in my life, from playing basketball at the age of 3 to being a multi sport athlete throughout high school.

At the age of 6, my family lost two members, one from a heart attack. At the time, I was unable to understand what had happened. As I grew up and my mind developed, I was able to
understand and learn that there are many different ways to prevent heart attacks. This knowledge helped fuel my education and choose my fitness career. Here at the Y, I will be training individuals in general health and wellness. I strive to see others succeed in ways they believe they never would.

Training can be hard, but nothing warms my heart more
than seeing an individual grow and develop in ways they never thought they could. I want to help you knock your goals out and become the best version of yourself.

Always remember: happy heart is a happy life!

Financial AsSistance Programs

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay.
