I am excited to work for the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA as the Nutritionist. I have dedicated and directed my life towards health and fitness. I believe in the YMCA’s motto “Healthy body, mind & spirit.” I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Central Michigan University. I am currently working on my Master’s from Ball State University pursuing a Registered Dietitian degree. I have gained much confidence of diet, nutrition, fitness and the overall transition to a healthy lifestyle- this has inspired me to help others. I want to take my God given passion for nutrition and serve my community!
