Strong Women Unite Fitness Camp

Muscles are Beautiful!

Do you want more confidence in the gym? Are you interested in learning more about free weights and how to incorporate them into your workout? This 3 day camp is for women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, to come together with one common mission: to gain confidence as individuals and learn more about fitness and nutrition.

The 3-Day Camp will take place the weekend of February 28.

We hope to see women of every size, shape, age, and fitness level! All are welcome to join, learn more, and increase their confidence in the gym!

Schedule

Camp takes place on our Fitness Floor from Friday, February 28 – Sunday, March 1. More information on daily schedules will be provided at the start of camp.

Friday, February 28 from 6-8pm

Saturday, February 29 12-4pm

Sunday, March 1 12-4pm

Registration

Registration will be open to all participants until Thursday, February 27th.

$50 for Y-Members

$60 for Prospective Members
