Outdoor Group Exercise

Now open to Members & Non-Members!

All participants will need to register ahead of time to join the class, with the exception of Tai Ji, which is free for all. Registration will be done online. See the class schedule below to register. Class registration will close 30 minutes before the start of each class. Classes are for members and non-members alike. Each class is $5 per member or $7 per non-member.

Classes will take place either in the South Parking Lot (the one closest to Uptown), on the small grassy knoll outside of the North Entrance, at the Nickless Family Pavilion at Wenona Park, or at Carroll Park.

Please remember to bring your own mat and a water bottle! Restrooms and bottle fill stations will not be available.

No membership dues will be charged at this time, the registration fee is only charged to attend one class, if you wish to do so. Once our facility reopens, your favorite group exercise classes will once again be included in your membership, and we will no longer charge the $5 per member.

Class will be dependent on weather. If your class is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a credit on your account to use for a future class.

Senior Classes

We are committed to keeping our Seniors moving and in good health. That is why we are continuing to offer Enhanced Fitness and Active Older Adult classes at no charge to our Senior Citizen members. We are, however, accepting donations to keep these classes free! If you’d like to support this initiative, please click the button below to make a donation! We will also accept donations in person at the time of class.

YES! I’d like to help keep Senior classes FREE!
