Are you looking to keep your weight gain down throughout the holiday season? Join our Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge – a 8 week program that will motivate you to stay active, maintain your weight – or – even shed pounds during the holidays.

The extra weight that you accumulate during the holiday seasons through the years can set you back and can even contribute to obesity later in life. This program is designed to encourage you to enjoy the holidays in a healthier way!

Research has shown that holiday weight gain is harmful to your waistline because we are unlikely to lose the added weight after the conclusion of the holiday season. The weight gain you experience in one holiday season compounds with what you gain during the next, and the next, and so on. Within a few years, you will really see the pounds accumulate.

Participants will receive:

  • Customized workout program to complete at your own pace.
  • Health tips to keep the weight off.
  • Diet tricks and eating habits that will help you maintain and not gain weight.
