Kids Clinic

YOUTH AGES 10-14!

Come learn how to safely workout on the fitness floor and learn the fundamentals of strength training in a fun, yet safe environment. This 2 day clinic will be from 12:00pm-3:00pm, focusing on gym safety, proper technique, gym etiquette, and how to build strength using free weights and cable machines.
