Saturday Kids Fitness Classes
Calling all kids ages 7-14! We’re offering FREE Bootcamp and TRX classes for you twice a month! Kid’s Bootcamp is a high energy fun-filled exercise class just for kids. This class will make conditioning more fun with music and a variety of exercises using body weight, exercise balls, and more. Kid’s TRX will use the TRX suspension bands for different moves and variations of push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and more.
Both classes are creative ways to exercise and have fun doing it! All classes will take place on Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am in the Aerobics Studio.
Must be a member to participate. Please reserve your spot for class ahead of time. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance of the sheduled activity. Classes are limited to 16 participants.
