This class is specifically designed for older adults who would like to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance, and coordination as well as improve overall health.

A great way to meet new people and socialize.

Barre Fusion

Using the ballet barre & small balls, the core and legs are strengthened & your balance and coordination are challenged.

Breakfast Club Boot Camp

Rise and shine, it’s workout time! Get your day started with a serving of plyometrics, cardio, and full body strength training exercises served with a side of core.

Cardio Combo

Add some variety to your workout with this cardio adventure that is guaranteed to keep you moving. Cardio styles will vary based on the instructor. Enjoy step, kickboxing, hi-lo aerobics, drills, circuits, and more!

Combine cardiovascular exercises with body sculpting exercises in this class with diverse movements!

Enhance Fitness

This group exercise program helps older adults at all levels of fitness to become more active, energized, and able to maintain their independence. Each one hour class focuses on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility. Enhance Fitness® is an evidence-based program proven to increase strength, boost activity levels, and elevate mood.

Guts and Glutes

Exercises will target your entire core and lower body. Come tone your hips, thighs, glutes, and get abdominally toned! Exercises may focus on other muscle groups as well for variety.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Interval training has been proven to be an effective method to improve cardiovascular conditioning and burn fat. Periods of intense aerobic activity are interspersed with brief rest periods. In all HIIT classes Cardio, strength and ab intervals will be thrown in and mixed up each week to keep your body on its toes. Each muscle group is worked to fatigue using a circuit format that incorporates cardiovascular segments to keep the heart rate elevated. Weight can be adjusted for various fitness levels and modifications will be shown for cardiovascular segments.

Kickboxing Variety

Join us for a great cardio and endurance workout guaranteed to make you sweat. In this high intensity class you will work your upper and lower body by kicking, punching, jumping rope, and don’t be surprised if you find yourself doing push-ups, plyometrics, or burpees!

Lean Body Mass

Lean Body Mass focues on toning, building, and gaining muscle through weight lifting and strength activities. For beginners we will demonstrate and teach proper form. For the experienced, we will challenge you. All experience levels are welcome!

Muay Thai Beginner/Cardio Endurance

Muay Thai “Moy Tie”, often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” is the national sport of Thailand. The art uses the elbows, knees, fist, and feet as weapons along with clinching and throwing techniques.

Muay Thai is for EVERYONE! From the novice to the combat athlete. Come join us as certified instructors under Ajarn (Master) Buck Grant, Khru Rob Hendry and Coach Jason Fann guide you along your journey into the Art of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai.  *14-16oz boxing gloves required for all levels.

On the Ball

A large, inflatable stability ball and BOSU ball is utilized to improve overall balance while challenging the core. Each exercise flows into the next to provide a complete body workout.Low impact and beginner friendly.

PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.

Move up, down, and around the step bench as you burn 300-500 calories in 45 minutes! Some strengthening components may be used to add variety.

Turbo Kick

Turbo Kick is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.
