Planning a vacation this summer? Need to shed a few inches and pounds for the summer months? Let us help by putting together a plan specifically for you revolving around your diet, your exercise, and your overall wellness. We willwork with you over the course of 8 weeks, and keep you accountable to achieve your goals! Scores will be based on participation in exercise programs, group exercises classes, as well as weight lost, body fat percentage reduction, and overall inches lost.
