TAI CHI FOR HEALTH

Tai Chi has been practiced in China for centuries for health, meditation, and as a martial art. Research has shown that this Tai Ji program can help reduce the effects of arthritis, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system and the heart.
Wednesday | 8:00am-9:00am
This class incorporates some rhythmic movement along with breath, while focusing on an awareness of the body’s sensations and use of proper bodily alignment.
