You’ll climb, power burst, and dance it out to empowering anthems that make you feel unstoppable. Expect hair flips, attitude, and sparkle as you ride to the rhythm and leave it all on the bike and floor.
We will start with 30 minutes of Cycle (Kara) and transition to the aerobics studio for 30 minutes of Uplift (Jody)

An hour of your time where you can expect to sweat, climb, surge and listen to some great music. Between every song you will have 30 seconds to catch your breath and to get ready for the next hill!
My name is Mary-Eileen Goss. I have been teaching spinning for 12 yrs. I am a true believer in the power of fitness through spinning. I want you to come to my class feeling accepted, confident, strong and having fun while doing it. My class is for everyone regardless of age or ability. Can’t wait to meet you!
Are you up for a challenge? 😊 Prepare to push past your limits! A different Ride each week ranging from Climbs, Sprints, Intervals/Tbata Work, Jumps, and Endurance work. A playlist with a wide range of music (different each class) will keep you motivated and ready to tackle the challenge ahead! All Spinners welcome new and seasoned! Designed specifically for moms of all fitness levels, this class focuses on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and increasing energy through functional movements. You’ll use a mix of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target major muscle groups safely and effectively.
Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into motherhood, this class will help you feel strong, confident, and empowered, Come join us, and get stronger together!

Individuals will not be turned away from participating in programs, activities, and/or membership due to their inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous financial assistance program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need.
