Free Youth Food Program

The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA is making free healthy food available to any child 18 and under in our community. Our program has extended beyond our facility to include multiple off-site locations within Bay County. Check them out below!

The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA’s Free Youth Food Program serves healthy meals to any youth in Bay County ages 18 and under. Our program strives to address food insecurity in Bay County by collaborating with organizations such as Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, Hidden Harvest, The Harvest Store (in City Market), and Bosco Food Service. The Free Youth Food Program is a partnership with USDA and the Michigan Department of Education.

All meals are USDA and HEPA approved for quality and nutrition. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
