Engineering For Kids

Engineering For Kids brings science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), to kids ages 5 to 14 in a fun and challenging way through classes, camps, clubs, and parties.

We are proud to inspire children to build on their natural curiosity by teaching engineering concepts through hands-on learning. Engineering is, after all, one of the fastest growing industries in the world!

Thanks to a generous STEM grant awarded by the General Motors Foundation, we are able to offer the same great Engineering For Kids programs at a lower fee of only $35!

Aerospace Engineering: Up, Up, and Away (Ages 8-14)

During the Aerospace Engineering classes, students use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and refine a variety of flying machines. They construct a shock absorbing system designed to protext two marshmellow astronauts in a lunar vehicle, create their own air-powered rockets, and assemble a hot air balloon model that actually takes flight!
