After fundamentals are mastered, children between the ages of 5 and 12 begin to learn personal water safety and character development while building stroke technique in the competitive strokes.
Participants will be assessed during the first class session and placed in the appropriate progression level.
Our Stages 1 – 3 run for 30-minute sessions. Our Stages 4-6 run for 45-minute sessions.

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills:
Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social-emotional and cognitive well-being, and foster a lifetime of physical activity.
