This class will be taught by Mark Machulis Jr., Y Health and Fitness Specialist. It will be a variety of strengthening and toning exercises for your abdominal muscles, legs and glutes. 30 minutes, once a week will firm up those trouble spots and whip you into shape.

This FREE program is designed for members who would like to get back into the swing of being active! Measurements will be taken and an exercise program will be prescribed to optimize your body's potential. Body Fat analysis, weight, height and BMI calculations will be taken by ACSM certified personal trainer, Mark Machulis to insure that your goals are met!

The most advanced form of fusion fitness, Nia combines martial arts, healing arts, and dance arts to create a high-powered, synergistic workout that no isolated exercise technique can match. More than "working out", Nia also incorporates mental and emotional components such as introspection, visualization and vocal expersion. The result is a total body and life makeover that leads to falling in love with moving and living in one's body. No experience necessary. Lead by certified Nia Blue Belt instructor Stephanie Cirihal.

You can turn back the pages and regain that figure and physique that you had with this high intensity program which contains a combination of sweat dropping aerobics, flexibility exercises and circuit training workouts. Perfect for men and women who would like to get back into prime shape! Taught by Y Health & Fitness Specialist Mark Mahulis.

This class uses the combination of both Kickbox and Boot Campm techniques designed to challenge participants, which includes agility, plyometrics, weights, resistance training, calisthenics, running and much, much more! Held both indoors and outdoors led by Melissa Lincoln.

Turn up your intensity, change your lifestyle, and regain youru fitness with this 45-minute abdominal crushing, muscle-pumping, sweat dropping program! Let your body experience a transformation that will improve your overall fitness level and tone your body into prime condition. Lead by Health & Fitness Instructor, Michell Jenkins.

boot camp for ladies and gents

8:00 - 8:45 a.m.

Let us guide you througha body reconstruction that will change your life and your fitness! Decrease body fat, increase cardiovascular endurance, and improve your physique with our ACSM certified personal trainer Mark Machulis Jr! Constantly working the body in new, different ways will allow for great improvemetns in skeletal muscle definition and muscular endurance.

Melissa Lincoln will put you through your paces in Boot Camp Fit! Class focuses on agility, endurance, strength and determination through various exercises adn activities with a boot camp format that will increase your fitness level and skill. Full payment due by Sept. 1. Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 10.

Personal Training

Are you ready to get in shape? Need some guidance? A Y Health & Fitness Specialist can help you with your personal fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, or bulk up, we can design a workout for your lifestyle! By appointment only. Minimum of four sessions. Available for ages 14 - adult.

Fee: Y Member $18/session
         Program Participant $25/session

Fee for 8+ sessions: Y Member $16/session
                                   Program Participant $23/session

Step Aerobics

Monday - 9:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m.

This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength/ endurance and flexibility. You’ll burn tons of calories while having fun! You can modify the intensity of this class by lowering the height of the step.

Fee: Y Members FREE
         Program Participants $50/session

MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS MUST PRE-REGISTER!

mix it up

Wednesday - 4:30 p.m.
Friday - 9:00 a.m.

This  class is the instructors choice! It will be a different routine day to day giving the class lost of variety.
