In partnership with McLaren Bay Region

Screening Includes:
  • Diabetes screening
  • Blood pressure & pulse
  • Full lipid profile, including total cholesterol HDL, LDL, & triglycerides
  • Results counseling
  • Risk-reduction plan

Must call ahead for appointment. Plan for 30-40 minute screening. 12 hour fasting required for accurate results.

Members can invite others to set up a screening. Members and their guests will be entered into a prize raffle.
