AI CHI

Ai Chi is an efficient exercise program that increases oxygen and caloric consumption simply with correct form and positioning in the water. It is a perfect relaxation technique and is ideal for creating improved range of motion, balance, and mobility.

Ai Chi was created by combining Tai-Chi concepts with Shiatsu and Qigong techniques, and is performed standing in shoulder depth water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso.

This class utilizes the Hydrotone system of dumbbells and boots that are specially designed for aquatic exercise and therapy. If you’re looking for a great workout in the water, this is it.

Senior Splash provides a gentle, low impact workout that is challenging and effective, giving you the benefits of both aerobic exercise and strength training. The program is perfect for those who are older, overweight, or have medical concerns such as arthritis or osteoporosis.
