This class utilizes the Hydrotone system of dumbbells and boots that are specially designed for aquatic exercise and therapy. If you’re looking for a great workout in the water, this is it.

Senior Splash

Senior Splash provides a gentle, low impact workout that is challenging and effective, giving you the benefits of both aerobic exercise and strength training. The program is perfect for those who are older, overweight, or have medical concerns such as arthritis or osteoporosis.

Waterworks is a low-impact workout that is fun, challenging, and effective. It gives you the benefits of both aerobic exercise and strength training. This class utilizes dumbbells, kick boards, and is taught in the Exercise Pool.

Triathlete Freestyle Clinic

The Triathlete Freestyle Clinic is structured training and stroke correction for individuals who wish to compete. This clinic will focus on balance, streamline and propulsion of the Freestyle.
